All permits and applications can downloaded, completed and returned to City Hall for approval. Completed forms may be dropped or mailed to City Hall, 202 Main Street, La Porte City, Iowa, 50651, faxed to (319) 342-3770, or lpcclerk [at] lpctel.net (emailed). All applicable fees must be paid in advance of approval.
