Use of consumer fireworks is prohibited in the City anytime other than July 4th and the Fridays and Saturdays immediately preceding and following the 4th between the hours of 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM and from 9:00AM on December 31 and 12:30 AM on January 1. A person shall not use fireworks on property other than their own unless they have consent from the property owner. Anyone using fireworks is also reminded to clean up the debris wherever it lands.
